Diddy had a message for his family after dropping the most serious charges in his criminal trial… “I’m coming home.”
After the not guilty verdicts for racketeering and sex trafficking were announced in court Wednesday, Diddy turned around in his seat, nodded to his family, and promised to see them soon.
Diddy’s mother, Janice Combs, was seated behind him in the gallery, along with his three daughters and sons Christian, Justin, and Quincy, as well as Dana Tran, the mother of his youngest child, and several extended family members.

When the jury note about reaching a verdict arrived, Diddy’s legal team appeared dissatisfied, while prosecutors smiled… but things changed rapidly.
Diddy was led out of the holding cell, beaming at his family… then burying his head in a book as the jury returned.

Emotions flowed out of Diddy’s defense team as well; they hugged each other, and Diddy hugged Teny Geragos and his other attorneys. Teny was crying with delight. Marc Agnifilo, who made the final argument, was fired up, turning to the audience and exclaiming, “Yeah!!!”
Diddy’s family hugged, Dana began to cry, Christian performed a small dance in the hall, and the gallery erupted in cheers.
Prosecutors failed to prove their most serious charges against Diddy, but they did not appear depressed… and Maurene Comey, who delivered the final words to the jury before deliberations, smiled a little.
