Season 2 of Mike Judge’s Beavis and Butthead starts on Comedy Central on Wednesday, July 10. MTV Entertainment Studios has also renewed the animated series for a third season.
Mike Judge created the show, which debuted in 1993, and voices both characters.
Beavis and Butthead Do the Universe makes its Comedy Central debut on Wednesday, July 3.
Beavis and Butthead made their debut in the Judge short film Frog Baseball, which aired on MTV’s cartoon show Liquid Television. Beavis and Butthead ran for seven seasons, culminating in 1997.

An eighth season aired on MTV in 2011.
Mike Judge’s Beavis and Butthead premiered on Paramount Plus in 2022.
“Known for its sharp wit and unfiltered take on adolescence, the show remains a significant part of the cultural zeitgeist,” Comedy Central stated about the show.
