Halsey and Lenny Kravitz are scheduled to perform at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Halsey, Kravitz, Benson Boone, and Blackpink’s Lisa were added to the roster of performers that will play at the event, which will be held in New York on September 11th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Previously announced performances include Sabrina Carpenter, Camila Cabello, Chappell Roan, Rauw Alejandro, and GloRilla, all of whom are vying for prizes this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Halsey will hit the stage to perform a song from her upcoming fifth studio album, while Kravitz, who is nominated for Best Rock, will make her live debut at the event after 25 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lisa, who has four nominations this year, will make her solo debut on the main stage, while Boone is up for three categories, including Best New Artist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taylor Swift leads this year’s VMA nominees with ten nominations, followed by Post Malone with nine, and Carpenter and Ariana Grande with six.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Katy Perry was selected earlier this week as the recipient of the prestigious Video Vanguard Award, following previous recipients Missy Elliott, Rihanna, Beyonc\u00e9, and Shakira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perry will also return to the VMAs stage for the first time in seven years, performing some of her most popular songs.<\/p>\n\n\n

The 2024 VMAs were initially set for September 10, but were postponed to September 11 due to the US presidential debate between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
