Microsoft’s online site has experienced another outage, only days after an IT breakdown that halted most of the world’s operations.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company stated that it was examining allegations of user issues with its services, with some citing unable to access email and other operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An alert on the technology giant’s service status website stated that it was investigating a “network infrastructure” issue that was affecting access to Microsoft services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event occurred less than two weeks after a huge worldwide IT failure put global infrastructure offline, including transportation and healthcare services, due to a weakness in a software upgrade from cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike that affected Microsoft devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On its service status website, Microsoft stated: “We are investigating reports of connectivity difficulties to Microsoft services worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Customers may encounter timeouts when connecting to Azure services. We have many engineering teams working to diagnose and remedy the problem. More information will be shared as soon as feasible.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
