Autumn Crittendon, of “16 & Pregnant” fame, died, and it appears that her family was aware of some health issues\u2026 TMZ has learned.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The MTV star’s sister announced the news on Facebook Sunday, writing a poignant note to her late sibling that has since been deleted. However, a source with direct knowledge has provided us with some additional information about what occurred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Autumn, Drake, Abigail, and Luke<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Autumn died Saturday at the home she shared with her children, mother, and stepfather in Henrico County, Virginia. According to our sources, her stepfather discovered her unresponsive in her bedroom and summoned paramedics, who attempted CPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, those life-saving measures were ineffective, and the family has yet to determine what caused this. However, we are told that Autumn had recently been sick and complained of heartburn, and she expressed a desire to see a doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to our sources, she was diabetic and had kidney difficulties, in addition to high blood pressure. Bottom line: it’s unclear what caused her unexpected death. The family is cooperating with law police on the death inquiry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
