According to social media posts, he had been celebrating his 26th birthday that evening, and his attorney, Lewis Fusco, alleges he was &#8220;ambushed.&#8221; Foolio advertised the party on Instagram Stories and openly published the address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Mr. Jones had been in Tampa to celebrate his birthday over the weekend,&#8221; Fusco stated. &#8220;According to law enforcement investigations, he initially stayed at an Airbnb but was ordered to leave after violating occupancy limitations. His cousin and three other young men were killed in a gang-related shooting in 2018.
