Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian of all time, will join NBCUniversal’s Olympics coverage in Paris this summer. Phelps won 28 Olympic swimming medals, 23 of which were gold.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phelps will provide commentary and analysis on NBC and Peacock’s daytime and primetime shows, as well as join Dan Hicks and Rowdy Gaines in the booth for some swimming events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He will be in the booth with Hicks and Gaines in primetime on Friday, June 21, for the Olympic swimming trials in Indianapolis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phelps won eight medals at the 2004 and 2008 Olympics, and six each at the 2012 and 2016 Games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also collaborated with NBC on the Tokyo Olympics in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
