Photographers on the scene said that Affleck, 51, was at home with his wife for four hours, from 5 to 9 p.m. local time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to multiple sources, Lopez, 54, and Affleck are selling the home through broker Santiago Arana of The Agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the site, the co-stars of “Gigli” are asking for “around $65 million” for the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lopez and Affleck paid $60.85 million cash for the 43,000-square-foot house in May 2023. The house has 17 bedrooms, 30 bathrooms, and 80 parking spaces, as well as an indoor sports complex, a sports bar, outdoor sunbathing areas, and a zero-edge pool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
