Two persons who claim they were wounded in Rashee Rice’s car incident last month are now suing the NFL star, demanding that he pay more than $10 MILLION for his role in the accident.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Edvard Petrovskiy and Irina Gromova filed the case in Dallas County last week, less than a month after they allege Rice’s irresponsible acts injured them in a major pileup on a Texas highway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Petrovskiy and Gromova, on March 30, Rice was driving a Lamborghini Urus and racing his friend Theodore Knox in a Corvette when the two lost control and collided with several innocent cars.<\/p>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The plaintiffs argue Rice and Knox departed the scene without making any effort to check on people affected by the incident, which is problematic because several of the victims were “severely injured, bleeding, and visibly distressed.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The two are now suing Rice and Knox, an SMU football player, for at least $10 million in punitive damages, claiming they suffered brain trauma, lacerations that required stitches, and internal bleeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are also seeking compensatory damages for medical bills, mental anguish, property damage, and other expenses in the lawsuit.<\/p>\n\n\n

Rice has yet to comment publicly on the complaint, but his attorney, Royce West, stated in the days following the accident that Rice would do everything he could to make everyone involved whole again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rice and Knox, for their part, are facing criminal accusations that include one case of aggravated assault, one count of collision involving serious bodily injury, and six counts of collision involving injury. Both males turned themselves in to police last week… and were released immediately after getting mug photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
