It follows a raid by Homeland Security agents on that home and another in Los Angeles last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diddy&#8217;s attorney, Aaron Dyer, described the raids as a &#8220;gross overuse of military-level force.&#8221; He further stated in a statement that &#8220;Mr. Combs was never jailed but spoke with and cooperated with authorities. Most recently, producer Rodney &#8220;Lil Rod&#8221; Jones accused him of sexual assault. Jones stated in her lawsuit that Diddy once boasted about being responsible for the infamous 1999 nightclub massacre involving Shyne. According to RadarOnline, federal officials may be investigating the matter. According to Michael Discioarro, a New York criminal defense attorney, &#8220;They have eyes on him in Miami, and the FBI are questioning witness after witness. They are corroborating whatever they can.
