As previously stated \u2026 Gypsy was granted parole and freed on Thursday from Chillicothe Correctional Center in Missouri. After being convicted in 2016 for her involvement in the murder of her mother, Dee Dee, who suffered from dementia, she spent 7 years in prison out of her ten-year sentence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dee Dee was said to have compelled Gypsy to assume a false disability, utilizing a wheelchair and a feeding tube, for an extended period of time. Gypsy persuaded her former partner, Nicholas Godejohn, to lethally knife her mother, who was subject to ongoing abuse. Both individuals were apprehended for the homicide of Dee Dee, and Godejohn is currently serving a life sentence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ryan, a Louisiana educator, initially corresponded with Gypsy in 2020 while her imprisonment, and subsequently wedded her two years thereafter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
