Carrie’s mother Patricia shared pictures of her on Monday, showing her in the hospital with tubes in her body and blood on them. When Carrie and her buddy stopped at a food truck, according to her, a car crashed into them, knocking Carrie unconscious and pinning her underneath.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carrie, who appeared in the films “Black Panther” and “Avengers: Endgame,” had fractures and fractured bones. She had multiple chipped teeth, scrapes on her face, and a bloodied mouth, as you can see.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Three NYPD policemen were among the nine other people who were hurt in the collision at West 34th Street and 9th Avenue, which was deemed a mass casualty occurrence due to its severity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 44-year-old motorist, who was contacted by the police at 1:40 AM on Monday, is currently being held at Bellevue Hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carrie’s mother is pleading with everyone to keep her in their prayers and says that despite the horrific tragedy, her daughter is recovering and maintaining a deep feeling of thankfulness for life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
