Adin Ross is obviously letting his money talk, as the Boca Raton, Florida resident recently purchased a magnificent mansion.
According to The Real Deal, the Kick streamer and content developer spent roughly $26 million on a luxury pad in Davie, Florida.
He was really able to reduce the asking price by 20%. If he hadn’t, Ross would have owed $32 million. Even with the discount, it was a record-breaking real estate transaction in the western Broward County community.
While Adin Ross is unquestionably a winner in this case due to the house’s specifications, the people who sold it may be the true winners. According to the real estate outlet, the former owners, aerospace sector entrepreneurs Laurent and Laure Parelle, purchased the undeveloped land for only $775,000.
But, in terms of the aforementioned specifications, Adin Ross’ new mansion sits on 10 acres and has an astounding square footage of 11,325. The fun stuff includes seven bedrooms, eight baths, lush gardens, fountains, and a reflecting pool. The property features a chef-style kitchen, home theater, spa, office, art studio, and pool house.
The news source included a wonderful overhead photo in the post above, which shows how it dwarfs the adjacent dwellings. Ross has yet to publish about his new asset, but we can only imagine how excited he is.

According to property records, Ross made his payments through an LLC. Furthermore, he financed it and paid almost half of the purchase price. Vaster Capital provided a mortgage of $12.7 million.
