The judge in Diddy’s criminal prosecution has issued a warning to Mark Geragos for his public comments about the case, and he promises to watch and listen to his podcast, “2 Angry Men,” every week.

Judge Arun Subramanian summoned Geragos to chambers on Tuesday, the second day of jury selection, for a discussion about the renowned attorney referring to the federal prosecution team as a “6-pack of white women” on last week’s episode of the podcast he co-hosts with TMZ’s Harvey Levin.

Prosecutors informed the judge of the comment, which they believed broke court procedures since Geragos appeared to be talking with Diddy’s defense team. The rule prohibits prosecutors and attorneys involved in a trial from making public statements that may influence the jury.

During the conference, Geragos argued that the Supreme Court has effectively stated that defendants and their lawyers have a constitutional right to publicly defend themselves, so the judge should not gag attorneys involved in Diddy’s defense.

BTW, the court directly asked Geragos if he is coaching Diddy in this case — his daughter Teny and Marc Agnifilo are directing the defense — and he just said he speaks with Diddy “with great frequency.”

Anyway, the judge did not disagree with Geragos’ argument, but warned him that certain insults are so “outrageous,” they would not be tolerated, such as a “6-pack of white women.” The judge effectively stated that if Geragos tries a similar stunt again, he may face contempt charges.

Bottom line… Judge Subramanian warned MG about crossing the line on “2 Angry Men,” adding, “I’m going to be watching and listening.” All right? You have one additional listener for your podcast.”

Thank you, Judge. It is available wherever you get your podcasts.
