Post Malone’s ex-fiancée wants full physical custody of their daughter and has asked a judge to grant the artist only visiting rights.
Hee Sung “Jamie” Park filed custody petitions in Los Angeles earlier this week, requesting that the court grant her primary physical custody of their 2-year-old daughter, designated as “DDP.”
She also marked boxes indicating that she is fine with sharing legal custody of DDP… as well as allowing him visitation or “parenting time” with their child.

Park also claims DDP has been living with her since November 2024, which is around the time sources told us she and Malone divorced.

As you know, immediately after Malone and Park split, PM was caught hanging out with Christy Lee, his new girlfriend whom he has been dating since at least the beginning of the year.
Malone and Lee have been photographed together several times since the relationship announcement, including an intimate, romantic meal in Paris earlier this month.
It’s worth noting that, while Post has yet to respond to these legal paperwork, we know he recently filed his own custody documents in Utah. They are sealed, so we don’t know what kind of arrangement he wants yet.
