Chris Brown has filed a $500 million defamation lawsuit against the creators of Discovery’s Chris Brown: A History of Violence docuseries.

Court documents disclose that Brown accuses Warner Bros. Discovery, Ample, and other companies of pushing and publicizing claims about him, despite the fact that material was offered to shut down the documentary claims.

According to TMZ, the Jane Doe used in the docuseries has been discredited, and the musician has never been found guilty “of any sex-related crime,” despite the docuseries portraying him as “a serial rapist and sexual abuser.”

The lawsuit alleges that Jane Doe previously withdrawn her legal case, but she and the filmmakers sought to disparage him.

Brown claims the docuseries have harmed his reputation and business dealings, and he is now seeking $500 million in damages, of which he plans to donate a portion to sexual abuse victims.
