Dave Grohl, the frontman of the Foo Fighters, has welcomed a child “outside” of his marriage and is working to “regain” the confidence of his wife, Jordyn Blum, and their other children.

The rock star made the stunning disclosure in an Instagram post on Tuesday, September 10.

“I’ve recently become the father of a new baby daughter, born outside of my marriage,” said Grohl in a statement.

“I intend to be a caring, supporting mom to her. I love my wife and children, and I’m doing everything I can to earn their trust and forgiveness.”

He went on: “We’re grateful for your consideration toward all the children involved, as we move forward together.”
