On Friday (May 31, 24), Eminem will release his new single, ‘Houdini’.
The rap legend has been teasing his return and the death of his stage persona, The Real Slim Shady, and now he appears to have disclosed that the first track from his new album is just a few days away.
In his most recent preview clip, Eminem FaceTimed magician David Blaine and begged for his “help with something.”
He said, “I was thinking how far we can take this magic. “Can we do a stunt or something?”

He went on: “Well for my last trick, I’m going to make my career disappear.”
The 51-year-old star just shared a video of a text message exchange from Friday, May 31, 12 a.m. on Instagram.
The message was addressed to “all contacts” and stated, “…and for my last trick!”
Eminem’s “last trick” message is also supposed to be another hint that the upcoming album will be his last as his alter persona.
Last month, the rap icon confirmed that his upcoming album, titled ‘The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce),’ will be released in the summer.
Eminem made the announcement during his appearance at the 2024 NFL Draft in his hometown of Detroit, Michigan, on April 25.

Shady stood alongside NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell to start off the annual player selection meeting.
A clip featuring a fictitious reporter announcing the death of Eminem’s alter ego Slim Shady went viral.
They stated: “Through his complex and often-criticised, tongue-twisting rhymes, the blonde anti-hero known as Slim Shady has had no shortage of enemies.”
His rap colleague, 50 Cent, claimed, “He’s not a friend, he’s a psychopath.”
The reporter went on: “The same nasty lyrics and scandalous activities may have eventually contributed to his demise. Join me as we recreate the events that lead to Slim Shady’s murder.
Eminem, whose last album was 2020’s ‘Music to Be Murdered By,’ published the video on Instagram, along with the album’s title and summer 2024 release date.

In March, Dr. Dre revealed that he has songs on Eminem’s next album.
On ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’, he stated: “Let me explain something to you right now.
“Eminem is working on his own album, which will be released this year, and I spoke with him, and he said it was fine for me to make the announcement right here on this show.”
“I’ve got songs on there, and they’re fantastic. I’ll actually be hearing the complete album for the first time tomorrow.
“He keeps his music close to his chest, so I didn’t hear everything. I haven’t even heard what I’ve completed, but I will, and he’s releasing an album this year.”
