Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee, and Louis signed the statement.
Ozzy is most known for being the leader of Black Sabbath, which he founded in 1968 in Birmingham, England, with Bill Ward, Tony Iommi, and Geezer Butler. His passing follows the group’s last performance together.
Over the years, the band has won two Grammy Awards and been inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2006. Their most well-known tracks are “War Pigs,” “Iron Man,” “Paranoid,” “Children of the Grave,” and “Sweet Leaf.”
Osbourne was expelled from the band in 1979 because to his alcohol and drug addiction, a problem he battled continuously for the following couple decades despite their quick ascent to stardom.

After that, he had a hugely successful solo career, putting out 13 studio albums, the first eight of which all achieved platinum status in the US. As a solo artist, he also won five Grammys for writing popular songs like “Crazy Train” and “No More Tears.” Sharon Osbourne became his manager around this period.
