According to fresh legal documents, Kanye West’s former personal assistant is making even more serious charges against the musician, accusing him of sexual assault and other horrific things.
Lauren Pisciotta, who initially sued Ye in 2024 after he allegedly sent her filthy emails and videos before terminating her, filed a second amended case last week, alleging Kanye committed a slew of awful things to her. She accuses Kanye of assault, battery, stalking, sexual battery, sex trafficking, false detention, and other offenses.
Pisciotta claims that while on a business trip to San Francisco to break ground on Ye’s new Donda school, Kanye began making unwanted advances.
Pisciotta claims she tried to reject Kanye, but he kissed her on the mouth and inquired about her vaginal appearance.

She claims she tried to fend him off again, but it was in vain, and that things took a dark turn during a writing session for a new record in his hotel suite.
Pisciotta claims Kanye masturbated and touched her vagina before falling asleep mid-sentence while speaking to her.
Kanye then allegedly came up at Pisciotta’s hotel room and demanded to use her shower before pushing through the door. Pisciotta claims Kanye shoved her into the bed, pinned her down, and forced his penis into her mouth. She claims she begged and pleaded with Ye to stop, then “froze in shock and fear.”

She says: Ye ultimately stopped, apologized to her, and exited the room.

And, get this… Pisciotta claims Ye presented her as a sexual gift to someone in exchange for Ye having sex with that person’s partner. She asserts that Messiah “notoriously offered women as sexual gifts to men.”
By the way, in her first amended case, filed in May, Pisciotta accused Kanye of drugging her during a Diddy-hosted studio session, among other allegations.
We reached out to Ye, but have yet to hear back.
