Demarcus Robinson, a wide receiver with the San Francisco 49ers, has been sentenced to probation in his DUI case, TMZ Sports learned.

According to court documents, the 30-year-old reached an agreement with Los Angeles prosecutors this week, pleading nolo contendere to one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol.

A judge sentenced him to 36 months probation and a $390 fine, according to records. As part of the agreement with prosecutors, he must also complete a number of programs, including the MADD victim impact program.

Robinson was initially charged in the case following charges that he was drinking and driving in Los Angeles shortly after his Rams lost a November “Sunday Night Football” game against the Eagles.

Authorities said that in the early hours of November 25, he was driving at speeds above 100 mph… and exhibited symptoms of intoxication during a subsequent traffic check.

Despite this, Robinson appeared in all 17 Rams games in 2024, recording 31 receptions for 505 yards and seven touchdowns.

He joined the Niners in free agency in March, signing a two-year, $9.5 million contract.

We’ve reached out to both prosecutors and Robinson’s attorney for comment, but have yet to hear back.
