Ronnie McDowell, a renowned country music artist, was transported to the hospital on Saturday due to a mini stroke that occurred during his concert.

“He is experiencing a significant improvement in his condition today.” “We did discover that he had a mini stroke,” his representative informed Page Six in a statement on Monday.

The spokesperson further stated, “They will conduct additional tests today before he returns to Nashville.”

According to Nashville, Tenn.-based radio station WKRN, the “Older Women” singer’s diction began to slur while he was performing at the Summer Solstice Music Festival in Oley, Pennsylvania on Saturday.

The 75-year-old musician’s tour manager informed the station that he was “not making sense” after completing “three or four songs” on the setlist.

McDowell’s manager purportedly removed him from the stage to inquire about his well-being, to which the artist responded, “No.”

McDowell suspected that he was experiencing a stroke, and his manager promptly transported him to a medical facility.

Tyler Dean McDowell, the son of the “King is Gone” crooner, issued a statement on his Facebook page on Sunday to inform his followers.

“I am pleased to inform everyone that I have successfully arrived in Pennsylvania.” Tyler stated, “Ronnie Dean and I are present in the room with Dad.” “He is conversing with us, and we are awaiting the MRI.” I will inform you as soon as I have additional information. “I will love you forever.”

Tyler provided viewers with a second update several hours later, informing them that he and his family are ensuring his father’s comfort during the health scare.

“I brought my father some Popcorners and a Kombucha, which are snacks that he enjoys,” he disclosed. “Ronnie Dean brought his favorite brush, Vietnam hat, and comfortable shoes.” Dad was ecstatic about the entire situation, resembling a child in a confectionery store. “I thought you could benefit from a little humor.”

In a separate post, Tyler requested privacy, despite acknowledging that admirers are “concerned” about his father.
