As you can think, the dark web contains some really dark content…
Millions of people around the world are claimed to use the dark web on a daily basis for a variety of purposes.
Journalists may use it to speak with whistleblowers who choose to stay anonymous, while law enforcement may use it to trace any online illicit behavior.

One 30-year-old hacker has previously spoken up about some of the alarming things they have witnessed over the years, one of the worst being a hospital being hacked.
The man told VICE, “I’ve seen hospitals get encrypted. People are faced with a choice: pay to decode the data or endanger their lives.

Meanwhile, YouTuber Austinvro discovered a chatroom called’red rooms’ that purportedly contained livestreams of individuals watching pain and degradation for cash.
Now, journalist Kim Komando has followed suit and conducted her own study into the dark web to see what she discovered.
Kim, writing for Mail Online, warned readers to avoid using the dark web if they don’t know what they’re doing.
“What I discovered in my brief time on the network was disturbing,” she told me.
“I saw that it puts all the tools for death and destruction within arm’s reach of anyone with the technical skills to try and obtain them.”

Kim went on: “One of those ultradark areas was dedicated to the spreading of material regarding child sexual assault and pornography. Unfortunately, once you join the dark web, I discovered that this type of unlawful content is rather easy to get.”
These naked photographs were not confined to youngsters; according to reports, there were also many images of adult women.
Kim also discovered deepfakes of celebrities, which scammers allegedly exploit to blackmail people for money.
She saw one vision of Mr. Beast. The post guaranteed that the first 10,000 people who purchased the photo would receive a new iPhone.

Another source of concern she discovered was various websites’regularly marketing assault guns, illegal personal defense weapons, and accessories for both’.
Drug markets were also prevalent on the dark web, with items such as MDMA and Viagra accessible for purchase online.
Even poisons were marketed for sale at thousands of dollars per unit.
“For those who don’t wish to commit a crime on their own, I found hitmen services for hire in corners of the dark web that were even more difficult to find,” Kim said as she wrote.
“One site in particular had a list of rates posted for arson ($10,000 to $20,000), assassination ($10,000 to $50,000), assault ($1,000 to $5,000) and kidnapping ($15,000 to $25,000).”
