Another jury shakeup is imminent for Diddy’s trial because one member received an odd text message that raised worries about the juror discussing the issue outside of court, according to the judge.
According to those with firsthand information who spoke to TMZ, the juror informed the court on Friday that he had received a text message from an unknown phone number asking him whether he was Juror No. 6, who had previously made headlines as a potential dismissal candidate for Judge Arun Subramanian.
We are informed that this other juror wanted the judge to be aware of the mystery text, and Judge Subramanian did ask him a number of questions concerning the message and the phone number that it originated from.

According to our sources, despite the juror’s claim that he didn’t recognize the phone number, the court is worried that he may be discussing the trial with non-jury members, which would clearly be a serious breach of the judge’s orders.

Although the jury has not been sequestered by Judge Subramanian—they are all allowed to return home each day—they have all been told not to read or talk about the case with anyone.
Following Juror No. 6’s dismissal on Monday morning due to irregularities with his residence, the judge stated that he would address this other juror following Monday’s hearing.

When it’s all over, a second alternate juror might be asked to decide Diddy’s fate, and someone is being called to the principal’s office.
