The 20-year NFL veteran Aaron Rodgers will play for the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2025, so he isn’t putting up his boots just yet.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that the 41-year-old is joining Mike Tomlin’s team on a one-year contract.

The upcoming contract comes after the 41-year-old quarterback had two difficult years in New York. Due to an Achilles rupture, he only played four games in his rookie season. Despite playing in all 17 of the Jets’ games in 2025, the club finished third in the AFC East with a 5-12 record.

With DK Metcalf and company, Rodgers will now try to bounce back in the Steel City.
