On Tuesday, Capricorn Clark, a former employee of Diddy, continued her testimony in the federal racketeering and sex trafficking trial of the disgraced rap impresario.
She disclosed additional information regarding Diddy’s discovery of the relationship between Cassie and Kid Cudi, which included a menacing threat.

Clark stated that Cassie would occasionally reside at her condominium in Los Angeles, and she claimed that Cassie once brought Kid Cudi there. She described a text message regarding Cudi that she claims she received from Cassie. She instructed Cassie to erase the text, as Diddy was paying for both of their phones. She stated that she accompanied Cassie to acquire a “burner” phone.
On the morning of December 22, 2011, Clark testified that Diddy was outside her front door, banging on it. She claims that she opened the door to find him holding a gun and imploring her, “Why didn’t you tell me?” “Who is Scott?” Scott Mescudi is the legal name of Kid Cudi. She stated that she was unaware of any individual named Scott.

Clark provided testimony. Diddy declared, “We are going to eliminate this n****.” She described traveling with Diddy in a black Cadillac Escalade, accompanied by a security. Clark stated that Diddy was in the rear with her and had a gun in his lap.
She stated that they traveled to Cudi’s residence in the Hollywood Hills, which is approximately 15-20 minutes away. She also stated that Diddy and his aide Ruben entered Cudi’s premises.

Clark claimed that she telephoned Cassie on Cassie’s burner phone and subsequently changed the identity on her phone to someone else. However, Diddy is purportedly the one who grabbed her phone and dialed the last number she had called. She claims that Diddy recognized Cudi when he personally drove up at that juncture. She stated that they departed and observed law enforcement officers approaching Cudi’s residence.
Clark stated that Diddy instructed her to persuade Cudi to refrain from informing the authorities that Diddy was present at his residence. She subsequently retrieved Cassie, and the two of them proceeded to Cudi’s residence in an effort to persuade him to refrain from filing a police report. They informed him that Diddy had been present with a firearm. “If you reveal his identity, he will cause us all harm,” was the message that CC sent to Cudi.

Clark testified that Diddy repeatedly booted Cassie at his residence. She claims that Diddy continued to kick Cassie “all the way to the street” while she was coiled up in the fetal position. She testified that she attempted to persuade Diddy to cease assaulting Cassie by contacting one of his bodyguards; however, she was instructed to depart. She stated that she contacted Regina Ventura, Cassie’s mother, to inform her that Cassie was being assaulted. She stated that she was unable to contact the police, but indicated that Regina should do so.

The prosecution also inquired about an email that Clark had sent… Clark stated that it was from Cassie, who claimed that Diddy had threatened to disclose sex tapes of her and that Cassie and Cudi were at risk of harm.
Additionally, she stated that arson investigators contacted her as a result of Cudi providing them with her telephone number. Clark informed the jury that Diddy had issued her a threat approximately fifty times.
She stated in a termination letter that she was terminated for failing to request the vacation she had taken in an appropriate manner. She claimed that she had forfeited all of her benefits, including her retirement account and health insurance, as well as her vehicle.
