The singer disclosed on Friday that he is afflicted with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus, a condition in which the brain’s fluid-filled cavities accumulate an excessive amount of fluid.
Billy claims that his recent concert performances have exacerbated his condition, and he is experiencing difficulty with balance, vision, and hearing.

Billy’s management has announced that his performances scheduled for July 3, 2026, have been cancelled. Tickets will be refunded.
