The Los Angeles Police Department says TMZ… Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, 48, was charged with criminal vandalism and is being held without bond.
Jennifer Aniston was at home when a man drove through the gates of her Bel Air property in Los Angeles — and her security guards kept him at gunpoint until officers arrived and apprehended him, according to law enforcement sources.
We’re told the terrifying incident occurred just after noon on Monday… and investigators suspect the motorist is in his seventies.

According to our sources, after the crash, Jen’s home security crew went over to the car, pulled the driver out, and had their weapons focused on him while waiting for the LAPD to arrive.
We’re informed cops apprehended him, but it’s unclear what he’s being charged with.
This does not appear to be a minor accident; according to our sources, the motorist complained of pain and required medical attention.
Jennifer’s week has been somewhat exciting, to say the least, and she now faces some home repairs.
