According to a new Diddy accuser, he was raped, sexually attacked, and humiliated at a Miami “freak-off” party. He also claims that Gloria Estefan, Jay-Z, Beyoncé, and LeBron James witnessed him in poor health.
Joseph Manzaro, a Florida man, is suing Diddy for human trafficking, alleging that Diddy embarrassed him by parading him around and attaching a penis to his face during a King Combs birthday celebration in April 2015.
Manzaro says he was drugged and taken to Star Island in Miami for the big party in April 2015, according to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ. He claims that he was first pulled into the back entrance of Emilio and Gloria Estefan’s mansion, where a terrified Gloria noticed his “drug-induced stupor” and demanded that someone call an ambulance.
Manzaro asserts After swiftly silencing Gloria and guiding her out into the crowd, Emilio claims to have spotted LeBron wearing a bath towel while strolling down a hallway. “Y’all better do something about that!” LBJ reportedly said after glancing at him.
According to the documents, Manzaro claims that after being carried by former porn star Adria English through a secret tunnel to Diddy’s estate, he partially regained consciousness in a large party area where he saw Jay-Z and Beyoncé.
According to Manzaro, Beyoncé questioned him, “What’s this? What’s going on here? Why is this white man standing in front of me, half-naked, wearing a cock mask? He claims that Beyoncé was informed by one of Diddy’s thugs, “Diddy wants him to see what we do to snitches.” This is a component of his penalty.
According to his accuser, Diddy then ordered him to be degraded, shouting out as he was violently paraded through several rooms full of people who mocked and taunted him. “He will discover what we do to snitches this evening. “Take him off his clothes!”

Manzaro claims that after being stripped, he was put on a black leather mask with a rubber dam that was forced into place and fastened over his head, along with a little thong bikini bottom. He claims that Diddy and Adria subjected him to demeaning and non-consensual actions while a locking sex gadget was attached to the mask and protruded from his mouth.
Later that evening, he claims to have run across famous jeweler Jacob Arabo, who was obviously troubled by his outfit. Jacob, he says, said, “What’s this? What is wrong with this man? Why does he have a penis tied to his face while he stands here looking at me?

According to Manzaro, Emilio once more stepped in and ordered Diddy’s thugs to remove Jacob from view. Gloria then begged for an ambulance once more, but Emilio silenced her and pushed her into a crowd.
There is no lawsuit against Jay-Z, Beyoncé, LeBron, Gloria, or Jacob.
Now, it’s true that Diddy had a party for his son’s 17th birthday in April 2015—and although Manzaro calls it a “freak-off”—the alleged incident he recounts does not align with the allegations made by prosecutors in the federal filing. They claim that Diddy, a male sex worker, and another lady were part in the “freak-offs”.
By the way, a short Google search revealed a gap in Manzaro’s story: Jay-Z was in New York City on April 1, 2015, King’s seventeenth birthday, to give a speech about the Tidal streaming service, which he had recently acquired.
Manzaro is suing Diddy, Emilio, Adria, and Brendan Paul, Diddy’s accused drug mule, among others, for human trafficking and seeking damages.
“This complaint demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will go to in order to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday,” Sean Combs’ legal team told TMZ. No rational reader of this grievance could give this story credit. Mr. Combs is eager for his court appearance to expose these lies and the twisted motivations of their perpetrators.
