Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird, Mama June’s daughter, is making the most of her single status… as she has already linked up with someone new, TMZ has learnt.
Sources familiar with the matter tell TMZ… Pumpkin and her husband, Josh Efird, split approximately three months ago… but didn’t file for divorce until they struck an arrangement over their four children and marital house.
According to reports, Pumpkin and Josh have both gone on to new relationships, so there appears to be little hope of reunion between the two. According to sources, Pumpkin is presently seeing Darrin, while Josh is dating Keely.
Pumpkin and Josh are both openly dating, thus their connection is no secret to one another. We’re informed the ex-partners have a polite and courteous connection after their breakup… but they don’t intend to double-date with their new partners.
The family is now filming “Mama June: From Not to Hot,” so their divorce is likely to go place in front of the cameras… though their new flames will not feature on the show.
TMZ broke the story… Pumpkin filed for divorce from Josh last Monday, following six years of marriage. The couple, who have children Ella, Bentley, and twins Sylus and Stella, has agreed to joint custody and a parenting plan.
Pumpkin and Josh divorced because of communication issues throughout their marriage, which exacerbated when other family events strained their relationship.
Remember, Pumpkin and Josh were only 18 and 22 when they married in 2018. They’ve grown up and realized they aren’t the two young kids who fell in love anymore.
