Roger Bonds, Diddy’s former chief of security, has spoken out in the aftermath of Cassie’s lawsuit and settlement with the Bad Boy mogul.
Bonds took to Instagram and posted a statement on his Instagram Story.
“This is not meant to be threats or snitching or anything like that against Cassie or Diddy or anyone else,” Bonds said in a statement. “This is me telling my truth as I truly remember it for 2 reasons only, 1st because I have 4 daughters so on all dudes my truth as I seen it, saw it and was involved with for yrs.”
Bonds said in a now-deleted post featuring photographs of Cassie, “IM WILLING TO TELL MY TRUTH BECAUSE FOR SO MANY YRS I WAS QUIET, Nothing matters now but FAMILY.”
Cassie’s case against Diddy has been dropped. According to TMZ, the claim was settled on Monday in New York. According to the document, “Pursuant to an agreement between the parties, Plaintiff hereby dismisses this action, with prejudice and without costs or fees to either party.”
Diddy and Cassie settled their case on Friday, only days after word of it broke on Thursday.
“I have decided to settle this matter amicably on terms over which I have some level of control,” Cassie said following the agreement. “I want to thank my family, fans, and lawyers for their unwavering support.”
Diddy has been sighted for the first time after settling his lawsuit with his ex-lover, singer Cassie. He was seen outside his Miami estate on Star Island, behind his chief of staff, with his face buried in his hands.

Following Cassie’s startling allegations, he reached an agreement with her. Diddy’s lawyer, Ben Brafman, issued the following statement:
“Just to be clear, settling a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is not an admission of wrongdoing.” Mr. Combs’ choice to settle the complaint does not call into question his categorical denial of the claims. He is relieved that they were able to reach an agreement and wishes Ms. Ventura the best.”
Cassie, Diddy’s former lover, sued him, claiming she was rapped and sex trafficked during their relationship. Cassie, born Casandra Ventura, filed the lawsuit in New York City, claiming she had been subjected to a “cycle of abuse, violence, and sex trafficking.”
The lawsuit included a 2018 rape, which Cassie said occurred as Diddy sought to keep her from leaving him.
