Over the weekend, Quavo was handcuffed by police officials aboard a yacht in Miami, Florida.
TMZ got video of the Migos rapper, actual name Quavious Marshall, conversing with police officers on the boat on Sunday night as his hands were tied behind his back.
According to various sources, Quavo was onboard the Miami River barge when two individuals allegedly threatened the skipper. When they were informed that their rental period was coming to an end, the two men allegedly became angry with the captain and demanded a refund.
According to the Miami Beach Police Department’s report, one of the males threatened to kill the captain and toss him overboard.

The yacht carried between 13 and 17 people, and many men were imprisoned.
Drew Findling, Quavo’s lawyer, dissociated himself from the event in a statement to TMZ.
“To be clear, Quavo was NOT mentioned in the police report narrative,” Findling stated emphatically. “Not only was Quavo not arrested, but he was also not named as a witness in any alleged dispute.” “In the end, no one on the boat was arrested.”
On Instagram, Quavo responded to the reports, posting, “All Eyes On Me But I’m No 2Pac!!!”
