People want to know what happened between Biggie Smalls and Tupac Shakur decades after their tragic and deadly feud.
Furthermore, stories arose from everywhere: family members, intimate friends, corporate contacts… you name it. However, the most recent alleged revelation may surprise some people, albeit it could simply be a clout chase. Furthermore, DJ Vlad recently spoke with Lance “Un” Rivera, who confirmed a 2017 rumor that Biggie cried when he heard the classic “Hit ‘Em Up” insult.
“When Tupac finally got out of jail and whatever happened with Suge and Interscope- he came home, and Big was the biggest rapper on the planet at the time,” Un said. “He was enormous. I’m referring to the fact that he was on fire. At the time, he had probably sold two million albums. The Mafia was attempting to raise a million dollars.” Un collaborated closely with Biggie Smalls, supporting his early music career and became an executive for Undeas Recordings. That was the collaboration between The Notorious B.I.G. and Atlantic Records, which was home to Junior M.A.F.I.A.
Styles P claims Biggie wanted to settle a feud between Diddy and The LOX before he died.
“Un” Lance “Un” Rivera Suggestions Biggie Smalls pushed “Hit ‘Em Up” to new heights.
“So we had this hit record called ‘Get Money’ and we had a remix to it and all of a sudden, Pac comes home and we’re at a video shoot and somebody plays ‘Hit ‘Em Up’ for us and we all looked at each other like, ‘What the f**k just happened?'” he said. “Because, as I have stated, that record was hot. It was enormous. Because, as I already stated, I am prepared to go to war. I wanted to shoot a video the next day, write a song the next day, and then make one of those videos aimed at Suge Knight and Death Row. ‘Nah, we’re not going to do anything,’ Big said. We’re not even going to respond.'” Then, DJ Vlad brought up an earlier interview in which he said Biggie Smalls cried when he heard the diss. Un held firm in his assertion.
“I was in the room when he heard Faith and 2Pac,” he explained in 2017. “He cried like a baby!” Six years later, during a conversation with Vlad, Un explained why Tupac delivered the diss. “The real reason was that Biggie was enormous.” He was enormous, and he need… As previously said, Nas, Biggie, and Pac were at the top. Pac went to prison, he did whatever he did, and now Biggie has claimed the title of King of Hip Hop. ‘Now I’m the goal, I’m the king.’ So now everyone else is saying, ‘Okay, I’ve got to get back.'”
